EVER.PARTY LLC Return and Refund Policy
1. Returns Eligibility:
1.1. Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
1.2. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.
1.3. Perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, and hazardous materials are not eligible for return.
2. Returns Process:
2.1. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support via email at hello@ever.party within the 30-day period. Eligible products for return are to be mailed to EVER.PARTY LLC at P.O. Box 1054, Cartersville, GA 30120.
2.2. Customers are responsible for shipping the return to EVER.PARTY LLC at their own expense.
3. Restocking Fee:
3.1. All eligible returns will be subject to a 30% restocking fee based on the original purchase price. This fee helps cover the cost of inspecting, processing, and restocking the returned item. Shipping charges are not eligible for refund.
3.2. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount once the return is received, inspected, and approved.
4. Refund Process:
4.1. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email notification to confirm the approval or rejection of your refund request.
4.2. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days.
4.3. The timing of the refund appearing in your account may vary depending on the payment provider.
5. Damaged or Defective Items:
5.1. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos and a detailed description of the issue.
5.2. We will provide instructions on how to return the damaged or defective item, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
5.3. Upon receipt of the damaged or defective item, we will inspect it and either provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges.
6. Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to follow the return process, and upon approval, you can place a new order for the desired item.
7. Final Sale Items:
Some items may be marked as final sale, and these items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
8. Changes to the Policy:
